This service allows Sunrise Computers Support Staff to remotely connect to your computer, then diagnose and repair problems.
The remote support software is automatically uninstalled and removed from your computer once the call has completed.

The service is free to clients who have a Support Contract.

Clients who do not have a Support Contract can still use the service which is chargeable on a per incident basis of £15.00 per incident. (Excluding VAT)
