This service allows Sunrise Computers Support Staff to remotely connect to your computer, then diagnose and repair problems. The service is free to clients who have a Support Contract. Clients who do not have a Support Contract can still use the service which is chargeable on a per incident basis of £15.00 per incident. (Excluding VAT) See Terms & Conditions for full details. |
